At Walt Disney world the visitors are
entitled to enjoy different festivals and events also. These add to the main
Orlando Florida attraction.
Florida theme parks get an added feature that guests relish from
the deepest core of heart. Some of them are discussed below-
St. Patrick's Day
Pleasure Island offers a St. Patrick's Day event every year.
For 2006 the festivity was offered March 16, 17 and 18, with live
music by Irish artists, leprechauns and green specialty beverages.

The outside rudiments of the St. Patrick's Day fête, from 7:00 pm to 2:00 am,
are free of charge. Admission to the Pleasure Island nightclubs requires a
separate attraction ticket.
Easter
Disney does not offer an Easter pageant or decoration in the parks. There are
generally particular meals obtainable at certain restaurants on Easter Sunday:
call (407) WDW-DINE for reservations and information.
Some of the Disney hotels offer egg hunts, etc to their visitors. If you are
staying at a Disney hotel, query at the front desk when you arrive and there
you can get Walt Disney attraction tickets.
Epcot International Flower and Garden
Festival
The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is a yearly event. In 2006
it was observed from April 21-June 11.
Donald and Daisy topiaries sail through a flowery warren of love
while topiaries of Cinderella and Prince Charming "waltz" in the midst of
blossoms and greenery.
Disney "sweetheart" topiaries based on decades of happily-ever-after classic
stories add romance and fancy to the Epcot International Flower & Garden
Festival at Walt Disney World Resort.

Mother's Day
A Mother's Day weekend brunch is generally held on both Saturday and Sunday
each year at the Epcot World ShowPlace situated between Canada and the United
Kingdom pavilions. Regular Epcot admission is requisite.
Disney's Pin Celebration Weekend
The major Disney pin trading event of the year is the annual Disney's Pin fête.
This year the main theme is "It All Started With ... Walt." The three-day event
will feature a distinctive compilation of particularly designed pins, trading
activities and much more.
Epcot International Food and Wine Festival
Each fall, Epcot hosts the International Food and Wine Festival, a
several-weeks-long festivity that includes both "free" (i.e. included in Epcot
admittance) and disjointedly ticketed events such as Food and Wine Pairings,
Specialty Dinners, wine classes and Party for the Senses. All this requires
buying of Disney attraction tickets.
